Q. When will Park View be ready?
A. We estimate that we will begin construction on new assisted living apartments at Norwood Crossing late next summer. We expect to begin construction on Park View one year later, with opening anticipated in early 2010. This means you can deposit now and have time to make your plans and move easily.

Q. Why should I deposit now?
A. Deposit early when entrance fees are the lowest they will ever be. Apartment designs and locations are best PLUS you will be invited to so many interesting events and functions, and by the time you move in, you’ll already know your new neighbors.

Q. What amount of deposit is required?
A. Depositing now requires only a $1,000 fully refundable deposit that is placed in an escrow account and earns interest at bank rates. There is NO RISK, and so many advantages!
